COFE will meet as part of the DEMO International 2016 Technical Conference: Adapting to a new reality.

DEMO 2016 is pleased to host the Council on Forest Engineering (COFE) 2016 Annual Meeting at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver BC. In addition to a diverse technical program and the COFE Annual Meeting, DEMO 2016 will host the Annual General Meeting of the Canadian Institute of Forestry (CIF), and coordinate interesting and informative pre and post conference field trips.

The conference will occur in conjunction with Demo International® 2016, which will be held on September 22-24, 2016 at the Malcolm Knapp Research Forest. Over the course of the conference seven individual themes will offer a diverse and comprehensive program presenting an opportunity for conference participants to discuss timely issues affecting different areas of forestry.

This event along with the networking opportunity and its affiliation with DEMO International® 2016 will attract well over 350 forest practitioners and members of the fibre supply chain from across North America and abroad.
 
Please consider submitting a paper abstract to be included in the COFE Annual Meeting program.
